We could write a bunch of words telling you how lucky we were to work on a cool new residential project with the owners of Mason Dixon Acres. But then we decided, why do that when you can watch a video of the metal panel installation set to some upbeat background music. Click below to watch their story and exposed fastener metal roof panel installation.
After considering our mechanically seamed, snap, and exposed fastened type systems, owners Alex & Elaina chose our Max-Rib exposed fastened system. Cost was a big factor in their decision but they also liked how quick and easy the panel installed for their contractors. The next video in this series below walks you through the various decisions they made and perhaps even more importantly they share why they made the choices they did.
While Alex & Elaina chose a lower cost exposed fastened panel system, they chose a top of the line Kynar 500® Fluropon finish for their black roofing panels. Choosing a Kynar 500® paint system is especially important when using dark colors since Silicone Modified Polyester (SMP) paint systems struggle with both chalking and fading. In contrast, Kynar 500® paints keep their like new curb appeal for decades. Watch the final video in this series below to learn about paint systems or click here to read more on our website.
