Exposed fastener metal wall panels are the most popular pole barn siding option available.
Pole barns are an engineered wood-frame building system that meets UBC and IBC standards and feature large, solid sawn posts or laminated columns instead of wood studs, steel framing, or concrete masonry. They transfer loads to the ground or surface-mounted to a concrete pier or masonry foundation. This construction method is typically less expensive and time-consuming to erect than other types of buildings.
Pole Barn Siding Options
Exposed fastened wall panels are an excellent, and economical, selection for pole barn siding. The Max-Rib and Mesa exposed fastened metal panels are our two most popular pole barn siding options.
The Mesa panel is a propriety metal panel that features a nearly invisible lap. This creates a monolithic appearance for both the walls and roof. Our Mesa panels also utilize a Kynar 500® (PVDF) coating system for the longest lasting color retention available.
Our Max-Rib panels are available in five options (Max-Rib Ultra, Max-Rib II, Max-Rib 100, Max-Rib 185, and Max-Rib Commodity) to meet your performance, longevity, and budgetary requirements.
Both the Max-Rib and Mesa panels feature a low profile 3/4" rib height with a 9" on center spacing for the major ribs.
We also offer Matrix soffit panels that are available in 12 and 16-inch widths. Matrix panels are available in colors that match our wall panel options with Silicone Modified Polyester (SMP) and Kynar 500® (PVDF) colors to meet your longevity and budgetary needs.
